Deciding you want to get married is a big deal because marriage is a big deal. Deciding where and how to propose is also a big deal. It should be someplace meaningful, and for some, that place is Disneyland. A Disneyland proposal is not uncommon.
Disneyland, the original Disney theme park, which is located in Anaheim, California, has been the location of many, many proposals over the years. Some people choose to propose at Disneyland because it’s a magical place or it holds special meaning for them. Other people may choose to propose because there because we can’t think of another place that inhibits “happily ever after” quite like a place with a castle, princesses and fairies.
Whatever the reason for choosing Disneyland as a location to pop the question, before getting down on one knee, you’d obviously be hoping your significant other would say yes. One young lady chose to propose to her boyfriend at Disneyland, and he didn’t say yes. Instead, he started laughing. Don’t worry; it ends well.
While laughing at a proposal may sound cruel, he was actually laughing for an amazing reason, and it proved just how perfect these two people are for each other. It turned out that he actually planned to propose to her that same day, and he had the ring to prove it. Instead of saying “yes,” all he had to do in response was pull out his ring too.
